Bespoke membership management platform for one of the world's largest supporters' organisations, the Independent Manchester United Supporters' Trust (M.U.S.T).
M.U.S.T came to ACS as they were looking to overhaul their existing internal system, which they used to manage the financials that are attached to their members’ accounts. The system they had in place was built using PHP and MySQL and hosted using WAMP on a sole physical laptop. The system infrastructure needed to be completely rebuilt and made available securely from remote locations.
As security of the data is critical, we recommended that the new system be built using Microsoft’s .net development language on top of MSSQL server and then hosted on a highly secure and industry leading Amazon Web Services (AWS) web server. The unique nature of the Trusts’ activities meant that we had to build bespoke membership management, financial account management and CRM system that seamlessly integrated together.
The system is extremely secure, resilient, fully GDPR compliant and deals with all information related to the Trusts members. The list of features available is immense, with features such as member donations and investments, cheque processing, recurring membership fees, help desk functionality, prize draws, content management, auditing etc.
